• Constructability review and value merchandizing of the building elements for management of construction cost.

• Consultant to the Hospital during construction for compliance with design requirements.

• Design and development for remodel of various small and medium size projects.

• Design of Mammogram suite for White Memorial Medical Center.

•  Renovation and exterior restoration to the historical replica of the Independence Hall building.
• Renovation of the Ghost Town Building.
