Huntington Hospital, Pasadena, CA.

• Construction of Emergency Department's four story vertical expansion - Phase one, including underground utilities, street re-alignment, underground tank, etc.., designed by Freeman White Architects.

• Construction of a 320 slice CT Scan suite designed by HDR.

• Addition of a new electrical yard with new building with connection of underground utilities to the existing facility system. 

• Remodeling of Information Systems department to include new air distribution systems and equipments.  This remodel was completed while the department was fully functional.

• New construction of Internet Data Center for SBC Telecommunications including ten York chillers, 10 Caterpillar generators, and over 100,000 s. f. of raised floor area, served with copper and fiber optic cables.

• Construction of 100 Dwelling units Park Terrace community Senior Housing in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA .

• Construction was completed in association with another construction company.

• Construction of a MRI suite.
