JCS Group is developing a 50 acre property into 20 residential lots in Washington DC area.  The gated community is being designed with a large pond in the middle and bridle path around the individual properties.  the tree lined driveway loops around the lake with individual entrance to each property.  The homes will be between 6,000 to 6500 s.f. with a walkout basement for entertainment/theatre room. workshop, mechanical room, and a general storage space. 

The first phase of the development is expected to be ready for occupancy by spring of 2012.  Photographs shown here are ideas and conceptual design is being prepared based on these ideas.
